I have been reading the success and struggle stories on this forum.
I have a dream. It is to come to Canada and work hard and be successful.
I have heard that Canada is the best for immigrants who are not too qualified as the ones who are skilled and professionals do not get the job they were doing in the past so easily. It is for lay people like me who are ready to work hard when put in any kind of job situation.
I have been reading about doctors doing delivery of pizzas and engineers working in factories and warehouses. Canada is for someone like me.
Someone who has no education ( i dropped from high school ).
Someone with no skills ( i have not learnt any particular trade- jack of all master of none ).
Someone with no attitude ( i am ready to do any job).
Someone with no family ( i have no wife and kids to think about and wimp).
Someone who does not care about the winters ( i can adjust to all kinds of weather)
Someone who does not need a car ( i hear Ontario has the best public transportation).
But i have a problem.....
I do not know how to get to Canada.
I hear that you need to be a graduate. Have sufficient funds. Have a required skill.
Have documents to prove all this.
But i still have a dream to reach Canada and can anyone tell me how to make it come true ?

Who told you that? Toronto has good public transportaton but other areas.... well...:( Do not confuse Toronto and Ontario.

I am not too sure but I think you can definitely try work permit if you know somthing like carpentery, cook, plumber, or something like that.

Nothing is impossible but you do need certain requirements to reach Canada and you have none so far. Yes skilled people are doing menial jobs here and i think as you said this is a good place for you if you want to work hard and ready to do any kid of job. Just keep focusing on your dream. Sooner or later you will achieve it.

Seek and you shall find......Dreams are what differentiates us from other animals. To make your dream come true one must quickly seek and define goal/objective in life or atleast define one.. and act on it. Put them on paper and give it a thought. Be rational in approach.

Someone has rightly said - You are the master commander of your own ship. You decide the course and correct it everytime you feel you are going offcourse.

I think the best you could do is to read a lot what has been written here on CD and put it to good use. Also you need to know that time is an irreversible factor which knows nothing and ages everyone living including you.

You need to put in your objectives in place as you have just one life to live. !!!

best of luck..

Sudhish, I must disagree with You about other animals not dreaming. All animals have dreams. What really sets us apart from other beings is that we actively pursue our dreams to fulfill them :D

I just had a dream last night.
Ever since i posted my thoughts on this forum all i have been doing is just dreaming about Canada.
I have heard that "Canadians play a lot of hockey, drink beer, and end sentences with "eh?"
You can sing "O' Canada" in French and actually know what the words mean!!
Canada is a land of many cultures and many people.
