i am getting about 16 per hour with all benefits is it good because this was my only and first job.
Might help if you tell us what it is you're getting paid for.

What's "driving Reach"? Is it a fork lift or something? Well, C$16/hr is not bad for a start at all, considering that you are calling it a labour job. And when you say it also includes benefits, I presume it is drug benefits that you are implying. In which case it becomes even better. But as I said, it is good only as a "start". I hope you do not intend to make a career in it.

Believe it our not, I was first attracted to Canada when I saw an Indian from punjab actually make a career out of it. In 1995 he owned a big 5 bedroom (with four bath attached) house and three good cars. And most of the years, he had worked in the night shifts since it provided more money.
I lived in his house for almost 3 days and found him to be an intelligent (though not highly or professionally educated) and very social and helpful guy - and my god, I spent one evening with him last summer - could not stop laughing at the punjabi/hindi jokes narrated by him!
Infact he was the guy who convinced me that Canada provides dignity of labour.
