Went to court on my first date with the clipping on The courts rulling thats it no questions asked ,no fines . Thanks tto all those who adviced on CD.

Great to hear that the charge has been withdrawn. For the benefit of other board users, did the prosecutor withdraw the charge when you showed him / her the clipping or did you go before the Justice of the Peace?

Thanks specially to u crenshaw for your inputs,the things were sorted by the prosecutor .I met some guys at court who had earliers paid up 75 instead of 190 by pleading guilty with reduced fine before the justice of peace i guess,so it is always better to get a court appearance date and then see how the things go from there on.......!
