U did not get the point. Th e redlight ticket is with picture o your car. That is different from police giving you a ticket and he does some mistake and you get off the hook. here there is a pic of you car in the intersection.
I would agree otherwise that there are fair chances to get you off the hook. Let us know if any one you know had camera ticket taken off?

I suspect you did not get the point. Please read my post at the top of this page again. There is a technicality to this, the picture of you in your car does not have the location imprinted on it. A court of appeal ruled that it was therefore inadmissible in court.

I imagine that this inadmissibility of the ticket is the reason people have been getting discounts for pleading guilty (when you plead guilty, the prosecutor does not have to admit the evidence against you in court!)

Caveat: There was supposed to have been an amendment that would have allowed the ticket to be admissible. I'm not aware of any having gone through (and they wouldn't be providing discounts to people who plead guilty if there was one!). If you know any different, lets hear it, that's what the OP would have wanted anyway...

This link says it is admissible but you may be right according to the alltrafic tickets.com website mentioned by you.
After reading your latest email, I might explore further as my experience may be old now. I got the ticket 2 years ago.
