What is the proper method of making dough from Atta and is dough for Puri's anyway diffrent from the dough to be used for Roti/Parantha.
Put water and mix.... anyway there is a dough making machine and from what I have seen on TV they work very well. Of course for Puri and all you might have to mix some ghee etc...
