Why are we still having mimimum wage per hour that was fixed in 1995? Why are we not protesting it?

Sure my dear friend. We all majdoor needs to unit. This is too much.
Now it is time for raise, it really becoming too hard to meet ends.
You know what are statics?
Current rate of 6.85 was decided on 1995.
Since then -
Rents have gone up by 29%
Clothing, food and TTC have also gone up in the past 7 Year.
We just leave around poverty line with just the minum wage and after getting just $1000 per month, and if both husband-wife are working just getting $2000 per month, out of which just apartment rent is half - how can we live with this?
Please join the campaign to increase the minimum wage-
