My wfie is expecting in July, She has sponsored her parents, and the case is in process for last 2 years.
When do we notificy CPC-M or CPC-abroad about change in family status and would they evaluate eligiblity (income requirement) based on current LICO or the one that was orgianlly submitted with the application 2 years back. Would submitting paystubs and Notice of assessment make any diff. in there decsion.
