I had my medical on 26 July 2003. My case was filed in April 2000 at New Delhi Canadian High Commission. I have not submitted my passport and they also didn't asked to submit passport.
I have paid ROLF, submitted proof of funds, Police clearance certificate and 2 photgraphs demanded by them.
I have also received receipt of ROLF.
What should I do now ?
How much time it takes after medical ?
Is passport necessary as sometime they send visa papers ?
Also due to great rush in CHC, they don't respond to enquiries.

Hi Inderbir,
I am residing in Abu Dhabi,UAE.
I had my medical done on June 16th 2003. After 2 months we got the intimation to submit landing fee and after sending the draft in less than one month we got the intimation to send our passports for visa insertion and in 10 working days we got our passports back. So after medical exactly after three and half months we have visa in our hands.
Can take slightly longer at New Delhi

I am residing in Mumbai India.
My case was filed in Sept 2001 at New Delhi Canadian High Commission.
I had my medical done on May 5th 2003. Since interview is waived they have asked
To send passport , proof of funds, police clearance certificate and 2 photographs , landing Fees Along with Mediacal papers.
I have also received receipt of fees on 4th September. Now I am waiting for visa.
Dear Masood Bhai!
Thanks for your response.
Should I forward my passport to CHC or wait for their respond ?
How many percent chances are after medical ?
Inderbir Singh
I think you should wait for their request before sending your passport.
Your chances are 100% if your medical papers and background checks are in order.
