I came to know a new info. that is Canadian Govt. now come up with new ruling about limited issue of visas per year and this year quota is over. Who did not received the PP and visa?? what about them...no answer...do you have any idea and aware of this my time for after medical is about to finish in nov. ...thanks in advance

I think in the past years, the quota never got exhausted because it was kept sufficiently high to ensure that Canada meets its new immigrants targets.
But maybe this year, the targets have been lowered, so the quota has been lowered automatically.....I am not sure, I haven't kept up with the latest news on immigration quotas.
If your immigration is through a lawyer or consultant, they should be able to give you the latest information on this.
Else, I think digging around on the CIC and the Canlii website might also turn up something.
Try googling it as well - if the quotas have been lowered this year, there's sure to be a lot of information (and opinions) out there
