I am a Permanent Resident of Canada. I recently got married. Do I have to inform any of the canadian government offices such as Social Insurance office about the change in my martial status?

May be many of CD's might be able to throw the light on the issue provided yo tell where you got married ? Where is your wife now ??
Do you have to sponsor her from back home or is she is also PR. !!
