I have indian nationality.
I came to US on H1 with my career. I lost job in 3 months, lost H1 status(Canceled by Empolyer) soon thereafter without my

knowledge. I came to know after 6 months. It was too late by then. I had no ways to correct my status so i continued

staying in US and surviving on cash jobs since almost 3+ yrs.

Inbetween i have applied for canada immigration.
I got married here and she is working on H1 visa.

Is there any chance to get H4 visa after geting canada immigration.
If somehow Yahooooooooo... then please please share your words which might help me to feed healthy life to my family and

also help my wife to start her green card processing so i would be also included.

I know everything mentioned above might not be sufficient to explain whole scenerio. Please try your best to understand and possiblly help me.

Note: i-94 expired in aug,03
Drive to canada by road without submiting my i-94 will help me to get H4 from Canada ?
What should i try to not mention on H4 application form ?

As you already in out of status for more than 6 months basically you are under 10 year bar
I am afraid if you leave USA you will be denied any kind of visa
Consult with a lawyer before you take any further step

Dear Ani70,

Thanks for your input but i'm aware of visa ban also spoken with lawyer couple of times ended at same opinion what you gave me.

As per their advice i'm a GONE CASE.

I agree but you know i have strong feeling that there should be some way to try my luck.

Yet, I don't know what are those ways !
