Thank you MANASVI,

I know that i canot fulfill 2/5 before the PR card expires and I donot have any intention to settle down there.

I have almost made up my mind not to settle down in canada. My intention to visit canada is only to enjoy the weather and holidaying.

I understood that the immigration officer in the airport will allow me to enter canada eventhough It is confirmed that I will not be satisfying 2/5 rule at the time of entering.

Please confirm this.

Though it appears that they cant prevent u as u have ur PR card valid till 08 but I leave it to Massood for his expert comments.

Any reasons why u have decided against settling in Canada??
