Request for TIMESHEET?

Well as usual I keep applying to the agencies for SW jobs.
Recently I am getting emails from these companies with a "Request to submit timesheet" with authorized signatures.

ANyone else getting these?

I have no problem in submitting a timesheet if they are going to PAY.

Next you know they are asking me details of my bank account for DIRECT DEPOSIT *scam* *cough* *scam*.

I am non IT person too. Basically, time sheet is a sheet where you put in your days of work and hours of work and get it signed by your supervisor. You then forward it to the agency and agency pays you. I do not know if it will be any different in IT industry.
