Hello Guys!
I just called Novelty restaurant now. Their Lunch buffet starts at 12:00 noon and costs $9.99
So the plan is to be around there around noon. I will leave my house at 11:00 am and so please PM/E-mail me if you want to meet there.
Dress: I will be in a blue checked full hand shirt and i will look like a Tamilian. My car will be a Black 2nd. hand Toyota corolla with an indian squrill doll hanging from my rear view mirror. My car's glass is tinted at the rear and rear sides. I may (if you find me outside) also be wearing a black leather 3/4 jacket.

JRF-> Looks like i will reach home only around9:45 pm and so i will give you a buzz. if you are asleep then i will call you tomorrow. I will be at your place around11:30 am. so be prepared to be ready around that time. (your phone number is at my home)

JRF,
I know some people from the golden rock area and KK nagar area. I am sure that many of them would be software engineers by now and you would have known them in the USA. Foremost is Kingsly and Solomon of the Golden rock area. They are one batch senior to you.
Anyway we will discuss this in detail tomorrow.

TK thanks, I will be awake way later than 10:00 PM today..
I've changed the Title of this thread so that it reaches all from Tamil Nadu.
I hope there will be quite a number of Tamilians from TN visiting this thread..

Folks, Please update this thread, we will throw some get together some time soon.. Summer is on the way, it is time to break the stress here....

Hi,
Welcome to the Tamil networking forum in CD.
We did have a buffet lunch cum get together 6 weeks back and it was wonderful.
We do have informal meets now and then.
May be we can get together in a shopping mall (Sqaure 1 , Sheridian mall) once week on weekends or friday nights.
We will keep you posted of any such meetings.

Its been close to two months since our last Lunch gathering. Friday sounds good but folks with kids may hesitate.

Folks, please suggest if we could join together for a Lunch buffet.
If Vegeterian is the choice, we can look for Brar Sweets in Mississauga.

Lali, you're in Scarborough and is far from Mississauga, Do you want to suggest a place some where Downtown...
