i. where can i find the Spouse Sponsership forms on the CIC website ?

ii. Can i do it myself or I need to go the agents. ?

if any Agents , where to find them ?

You can download them from http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/sponsor/index.html or order them online.

Process is straightforward. You need a immigration consultant only if you don't know how to read English. Everything is there on site.

Thanks for the reply...I was just going thru the forms and it seem quit simple, but one thing to ask..
Which fee i have to pay , as in the fee page it shows as for
Sponsorship application = 75$
Permanent resident - spouse or common-law partner in Canada class - Principal applicant = 475$

Do i have to pay both the amount ?

yes both and $490 for PR also , so the total is $1040
