Prepaid package : forgot to recharge, balance turned zero...any suggestions

Hello We have a prepaid cell phone package with bell and we forgot to charge but remembered within 4 hours. It was sat sun so call centres were closed, we e-mailed but when we spoke to them today, they would not put our balance back, our accumulated balance has turned zero. Any suggestions ?
