Application for SIN and Bank account can be done itself on the day of your landing. Unfortunately you will get SIN in no less than three weeks.

You can not apply OHIP till the time you get your first bank statement which is used as your proof of residence. First bank statement generally takes one month after you open the account or bank cut off dates.

Driver Licence is altogether different story.

I would suggest better go and visit ontario government or government of canada websites for all the information you require.
