I have read on this forum that contacting your local MP has made CHC reconsider their refusal 80% of the times ... Definitely worth the try.

I have applied sending all my documents through email to an agent in India and she is looking after the whole application process. She has helped with my fiancees application and it got approved.

Originally I applied through the mail but they never recieved the documents. I should hear back in a week if the application is approved. I will keep you updated.
