how do i appeal...
plz advice me how to appeal if i am not in canada.....i am a canadian-- my huby got his rufusal letter...married since 3 1/2 years...is it better to appeal or reapply..do i need a lawyer?..... do i have to go back to canada how long will it take? ......
reason for refusal
1) i am with my husband (outside canada)
2) marriage is not geniune
