Hi all..

I am regular user of canadian desi. This site is very useful to new immigrants.

If any one knows about my question let me know immediatly.

We are canadian citizen, one of my child is US born, what advantage do we have if my child is US born. ArE we eligible for US immiration???

If you mean to ask if you can immigrate to the US (Green Card) because of your american child, the answer is yes. You just have to wait until your child turns 18!

...and don't piss off your child for the next 18 yrs !!! The child has to sponsor you and he/she holds the bargaining chip
