We are both on PR in Canada. Our child is a born citizen of Canada.
My question is do I need any visa or any other document for my child in order to enter USA ?

My baby is just 2 months.

The child just needs a Canadian birth certificate to enter USA. It can be got on an urgent basis in 2 or 3 days. For urgent basis , apply only to the Toronto city hall (if you are located anywhere in the GTA). Online applications might take 15 days or so (6 months ago situation).

Sidenote : If i were you, i would also take a Canadian passport for the child for any future situations that the USA govt. may stipulate.

Hi,

As a PR, you need a visa to enter US. For your child, passport is fine. No need of visa for your child.
