so listen this guys..i called ipacs law office yesterday..and theyy personally came ot see me at home..i dont know if i shud put her name here or not...her name ms dhaliwal. so anyways she brought some doctor frind with her. they look friendly..im sure they are looking for busines...
but heres the thing
when i had an accident i was driving my company car and i was at work. i work for a car rental company and that time i was going back to office after dropping a customer off. now they are saying..to get better result in this..we have to go throught my own insurance..not the company insurance...
i mean if i was dirinvg the company car..arent they suppose to go throught my companyy insurance...it didnt make sence..wat do u guys think..
her fee was..if i get any money for work compnesation...
now even i dont tell my own insurance about the accident..will they find out any how?
will my insurance go up even if its no fault accident...will i ever be able to get a paper sayiing that the accident was NO FAULT ACCIDENT for me..if i do, where can i get it from?
plz pm me if u need any more info...i was gonna write the fees she was gonan charge me..but im not sure if the forum allow that or not..

apparently...this is true that i have to go through my insurance for personal injury..
now heres the other situation..
when i first got the insurance with td..i was working for scotia...so they gave me discount then after i left that job i never told them i was working for car rental company...
so now i havent call them to claim my accident yet..im just so confuse about wat to do..
if i tell them it happened while i was at wrk...will they cover my personal injury?
can sum1 help me here plz?
