Hello can any one please help me on this, my wife got a letter from CIC for Right of Permanent Residence for me as i am the principal applicant.
And i got a letter from CIC request to submit Foreign Travel Document form for me and my spouce.

What is Right of Permanent Residence? Is this same as Landing paper?

welll it is the landing fee they are asking for, and i m the sponsored person and they are asking for me n my wife travel info since birth any one have any idea Y?

As far as I know, Foreign Travel Document is a routine document and is requested along with the passport (before visa stamping). We had received it too and you just need to fill in the details of any foreign travel you (& your spouse) may have undertaken.

As CIC did'nt ask for my passport, as they have ask for landing fee, Quebec Selection Certificate and Foreign Travel Form.
Any Idea how much time it will take to process Quebec Selection Certificate as CIC has send them a letter on 14th Dec still no reply.

In our case, it took about 3.5 months from the time we submitted the foreign travel details form till we got the final visa. But as always, the time taken may vary from case to case.
