i need your help and guidance to get into IT jobs in a decent company. If any of you already working with any IT company pls. suggest or refer me for any openings. (i can cc u my Resume also, if required. Pls. PM me for that.)

I am a Web Designer seeking an Entry or intermiediate level job in GTA.

Is it better to go direct and apply company positions or go through agencies. If you say agencies, then pls. refer some in Misssissauga or brampton who specifically are in IT jobs.

Also, is there any useful short term and in-expensive course that we can do to get a break in this sector.
Let me know, i really need your good suggestions.
