99%. Ok - that is too harsh - considering the reviews that "Love Guru" got - especially off-coloured jokes and poop humour.
But again, IMHO, Bollywood and Hollywood should never be compared. Both have different target audiences. However, for each Govinda, Akshay Kumar, Johny Lever and others that make crappy comedy movies - Hollywood has Adam Sandler, Will Farell and likes
