I applied in year 04, through a consultant, and as Bad luck would have it, he ran away with my money. IN 2006, i got CAIPS notes, which to my shock and disbleief had nothing more than my name and my family members name in thye whole application. Wrote to CIC about the fraud and requested them not to have any communication with the Agent. Updated all the records and sent to CIC. After agonozing wait of 5 years, i see this message on CIC site that " Decesion made' whioch i am sure is 99% rejection, cause i did not get communication from the embassy in all these years. So a lil depressed ...

Any feedback from the members will be appriciated! Thanx in advance and have a great day/evening

I don't have your files and don't know you either.

I have separated the two important 'parts' out of your statement. If they are in the right context and if they have not communicated with you prior to this, it will be in regards to your files thus far submitted and is currently being reviewed by them. "A decision has been made with the submitted items" and will hear from them. The materials you submitted are reviewed by them. That is all I can say up to this point. You should hear from them. They will also know more about the firm that you dealt with and will decide it in your favour.

Now the question is do you have enough points to get in and do you have enough funds to support the application?

If not you have all the right to do it all over again and next time, please do not use any of this, so called consultant.

I am sure you will get good news.

Hope for the best.

Freddie.

Hi,

Please note that that if you have enough score to qualify, then pls wait and see the actual result. If it is negative you can always justify and convince the CIC authorities.

Even though I had applied through a reliable agent and all the communication was properly made but due to unavoidable circumstances my documents had not reached the CIC on time. Because of that they rejected my case. However, after my writing a letter to CIC justifyng the reasons for delay with proof they considered my case.It delayed me an year and now I have landed in Canada and just getting settled.

So do not loose hope and try to convince the CIC and hope for the best.

Raj
