Hello,

I have received letter that my application for immigration has been successively finished and they need passports for stamping.

The problem here is: I got married in SEP 2007, My wife had applied for passport before marriage(AUG 2007) and the issue date on her passport is OCT 2007, So does in her passport, my father-in-law's name is as middle name.

I wanted to go for stamping but I am bit confused that WILL EMBASSY RAISE PROBLEM WITH THIS MIDDLE NAME OR IF I WILL TAKE MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE (WHICH I HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED WITH OUR MARRIAGE PHOTOGRAPHS)
WILL BE ACCEPTABLE BY IMMIGRATION OFFICE IN buffalo

Don't worry about name.. no one cares what it should be... but did you update CIC of status change after you got married? Has your wife's PR also been approved?
