I got a call from Airtel rep yesterday (desi guy on the phone) offering 3.9c per minute to India, landline or mobile.
Any experience with them?

3.9c is not a regular rate but a promotion rate only.

Also, you need to sign up with $100 to get the 3.9c rate.
