Hi All,
I'm an SAP consultant currently working in US and would like to immigrate to Canada. I tried searching for consulting companies that sponsor candidates, but the search has been unsuccessful so far.
For those who are aware, here in US you have tons of desi consulting companies who can sponsor you or transfer your work permit. I am looking for similar companies in Canada, however, my aim is to find a good/trustworthy company and keep working for them. I don't want to join them just for the sake of an offer letter.
If I am getting an offer letter from them, then i'll work for them.
If any of you have any information or advice, it'll be gr8. Thanks in advance.

TCS just hired 200 SAP guys from India and has outsourced them to various companies in Ontario esp. Waterloo. Just in my apartment I have some 10 SAP guys working for RIM, Open text and other companies in Waterloo.
What I would advise you is to contact :
Infosys
TCS
Wipro
Satyam
Kumaran software and many other software companies that I am unaware of
Ask them to get you a job and work permit in Canada. They will apply for WP and put you in one of their offshore projects here. Once you complete the required time, you can apply for PR to canada (apply to USA). Once you get the PR, exit at Niagra falls and reeneter the same minute to make your PR current. Once you have your PR, quit the company and move to a diff. higher company or demand more salary / benefits in the same company.
In Canada, you do all the work yourself. That is what we are made up off. There are no middlemen here as in the USA as most Canaidans work on a very tight budget as taxes take up most of our profits.
Peace by TK

I am a Gents and not a Ladies.
I don't think a WP is needed as most people migrate directly to CA. The intermediate step i.e. WP is unnecessary.
