Hi,
I have received an admit from UBC Vancouver for an undergrad degree in engineering. I would like to ask whether anybody here is aware of how good or bad the university is ? I am also waiting for a reply from Uof Toronto...does anyone here know till when they give you a decision...any other comments would be really appreciated..thanks

Hi kunal
congrats for getting admission in UBC its one of the finest universities of canada and very good by world standards. The BE program in canada is very good as compared to india. here u learn many things and if u have enough money and if u dont have dmission in IITs or any other top engg colleges like BITS Pillani, REC trichi , Thapar Institute etc then dont think twice before coming here.
U of Toronto is Number 1 university in canada and in top 25 around the world certainly better than UBC best of luck for that.

Bole toh...kunal bhi raaste pa aa gaya

Make sure you watch out for all those Jatti Punjaban Kudi's while you are there .. Other than that its very very expensive for an international student Bahut rokde ki zaroorat padegi tujhe !

haan bhai.. sahee kaha ottawa... ne.. paisse kee to bhut jarooraat padegee tujhee.. dhyan rakhiyo is baat ka.. aur ottawa bhai.. aap kahan ho kidher padai kar rahee ho.. hum to carleton main hain.. engineering hee kar rahe hain.. aur aap ke kya vichar hain carleton ke barain main..!!??

Carleton mein ho aap..aur engg kar rahe ho ? Grad ya Undergrad ? FOB ho ya CBCD ho ? Immigrant ho ya PR ho ?
Agar grad kar rahe ho toh kaafi acchi program hai..(with Ottawa U..jahan pe Hum hain)...agar UG kar rahe ho, toh hamein kuch khaas pata nahi ..humne yahan se UG nahin kiya

ajee hum to international student hain jee communications engineering kar rahe hain undergrad!!! well i i think carleton is one of the top 5 univ in canada for engineering!!... aur aap sunao ottw u main kya padte hoo aaop i think intl student hee ho!! batana agle post main..!!! ajee kunal ko bhee to pata lage kee hum kahan per baithe hain!!!.. !!
