Bell / Rogers internet - Upload/Download limits

I have been using Bell sympatico basic lite for the past six months and the service is ok but I have been exceeding the 1 gb upload/download limit often. It seems Rogers ultra lite has a 60 gb limit. I am surprised that Rogers is offering such a high limit for almost similar price as compared to Bell. I am considering switching to Rogers.
My question is whether this is a good move or should I upgrade my Sympatico to unlimited access. Any comments would be highly appreciated.

Switch to 3web, unlimited upload/download. They have DSL as well as cable. They actually go thru Rogers or Bell, and their rates are cheaper than both.
