Dear friends,

My file has gone to New delhi CHC in March 2004.I am getting 69 points.
I have one great anxiety. If the law changes and the marks are increased beyond 6- before I get my file number what will happen.Will I still be safe since, I have already send the documents to CHC or they will reject the case.

And, any idea on when they are going to increase the points again.

Please let me know if you know the process and reduce my anxiety.

Hi Mahesh,
I will suggest u better take French classes and get possible marks under language section. U can do so in year time. From India first review is after 28 months as per present time.
There is no lock period kind of thing in canada immigration. So until u did not get visa , ur case will always be access with the latest cutoff points
