Dear Mr.Masood,

I applied in March and finally got my fileno. this week.
I am getting 69 poins.

Now I have one question.

What happens if the rules change now and say the eligibility is increased to 70 points or 75 points. Will it affect my case?

Please reply and relieve my tension.

No it wont. Rule changes do not affect cases retroactively !
