Can we be just humans, why following a religion can lead to better life and salvation. I dont believe that God is have any religion or God created any religion. Religion is man made and cause more damage than benifit.

Do we really need a religion to pray God?
Humanity comes first, al least people should behave like human.
Religion explain path of life, how to deal with people how to behave ur neighbours , that makes society.
God dont need your prayer, regardng religion one can't be forced, b/c its comes from ur heart, ur intention. If a muslim goes to church of mandir, they cant become hindu or christien, the same way if christin visit mousqe he can;t be muslim.
and bottom line, Religion can;t be forced.
People need study...................... no need to play with humanity on the name of religion and of God.
God created u human so one should be behave like human, keep religion / faith in ur heart, rather than to fight and kill each other.

you forgot one other important belief system: Science. It is empirical for most part but if you look at the bigger science (such as the enigma of the origin of matter or its components) it demands a certain level of belief... So I am sticking to my religion wholeheartedly... I am a scientist by upbringing and by Nature as well.
I too have believed since childhood that religion is but man made ... There s no God and its just a matter of faith to explain the inexplicable things .... day / night / nature / world / Universe ....
Science is the biggest opponent of God / Religion because it disillusions and explains the inexplicable ....
Where as religion does dictate and term the way of life in the society and rights and wrongs .............. its ironical that some time s going against religion cost people their lives ......... recent ef Khap panchayats ..... Religion is man made and cannot be over human lives .....
Regarding different religions and Gods ..... well its a matter of faith and peace can come about when we start tolerating others religions ...............Co existing with other religions does not mean we are converting ......... We can all practice our religions and still be friends as long as religion does not teach infringing on other religions which unfortunately happens in a few religions ....
