Exactly my sentiment and i get asked why i hate people by the OP...
Very frankly the OP is lost on one side does not want to leave a gr8 job in india and on the other end the has the foreign ka desire..
Who can answer this question he himself..
BTW i also want to prove a counter to opportunities here... My wife was making Rs 14000 in india and now she has her own company and is billing 37$ per hr, works out to 2.8 lakh per month. due to the tax structure for companies 90% is tax free.
Yes she started by working at the all famous Tim horons..
I guess i should start a new thread Rs 14000 = 6200$...
LOL

If you are earning 30 Lakhs in India then you can live like a king over there.
Hence bottom line is “Chote Gaon (India) mei Raja banke jina hai ya fir bade gaon (North America) mei Bhikari bane ke”
Thats great.. Now, sillicon_valley will ask about wife? what if she is working here? what if, she will be happy in india or in canada?
Here when two people working, wife and husband..its 130-180K almost. They can effort house in 2-3 years from saving with 20-30% down payment.. can we effort same in india??? No way.. where there are jobs which pays you 30k.. house price is in cror...where house price is reseanble.. not well paying job.. may be in gav.. you can get house in 10 lakhs.. but cant get job.
I guess, still like it here.. but if i will start comparing.. for sure.. will not like it.. its like
dusare ke mehal ko dekhke apna zaupda kuu todne kaa.. when u see other side.. u will be never happy in life no matter where you stay in this glob.
if you want to just buy house in india.. talk to bank.. do saving..lower your monthly expense.. or .. u can go for assign ments..in usa, canada and make again $$ and with single life save $$$ and spend another 5-7 years...like tht and buy house.. or buy house in india with loan..and keep on paying..it.. so many ppl did it.

This silli valley guy seems to be a real confused guy. A little knowledge of B'lore property market would have helped him to take a rational decision. For example, if he buys a house in B'lore for Rs. 1.00 Crore, it would probably double in 4 years. If he tries to come to Canada, earn and save money and then go back and buy property, the house price would have doubled and his savings in Canada would not be good enough to make up for the appreciation in property and lost savings in India. He seems to be finance illiterate.
