I have tried various brands of Indian attas (flour) available in Canada but have'nt made a fovourite yet.I find most of them make very dry chapattis.....they are OK to eat immidiatly but if I keep it for next day, they get very dry and cracked.
Can you share which one do you use and how do u rate it?

We normally use Golden Temple durum wheat flour. It's available in the yellow or white 2 lb/10 lb/20 lb formats in most supermarkets (No Frills, Loblaws, Price Chopper, Indian grocery stores, etc.). We've been able to make very soft chapatis with it.
It is made in Canada, if you care about that.
