Is there any good Atta / Flour ,have been using Golden Temple but the chappati and parantha becomes rubberised after few minutes.
sir, whichever taste u good ...is the choice.
I had a similar problem with Golden Temple. Try Taj instead.

Once you make dough from the atta add 2 to 3 spoons of oil and knead again, keep it for at least 1hr and then prepare chapathi. I get good chapthis from golden temple atta! If it doesn’t work try taj.
