I would say, just to make the month long round robin a bit more interesting than it was planned to, hope England wins by a good margin tomorrow!

If Windies wins both the matches, Eng goes home and India ends up third in the table (assuming SA beats Ban); then all remaining matches for India will be in India. Commercially makes sense....

hosts to play knock outs at home.

India make it to the quarters, they will play their match in Ahmedabad.
Sri Lanka will play India away, but Bangladesh and other teams at home.
Bangladesh will play away if they are to draw any other host nation in the quarter-finals, but will get a home game if they are playing any other team.

looks like today WI will crush England .......Match still going on and WI are on fire, England ends up with 244 runs.
