I have PAN card from when I was indian citizen/ resident. Now I am canadian citizen.

I need pan card to file capital gain taxes in india on sale of property in india.

Q1 : Can i File tax on old pan card...or i need to apply for new NRI pan card.

Q3 : How to get drivers license etc attested in consulate...I mean timings, payment amount, method, appointment etc ?
