Hi

In the form for additional family information do my parents have to list names of brothers / sisters who are deceased?

Also do I have to fill a representative form if I am filling out application for them?

For the address portion I have given my parents local address but my email and they say that correspondence will be sent to the email. Is anyone giving their address in Canada? If we fill out the Use of Rep what are the advantages/disadvantages?

What exactly constitutes a visit? 1 day or 1 year? is it defendant on the type of visa or days

Any expert on this? as my father has 4 passports worth travel history and same with mother but in the past 10 years they have lived in Canada for 18 months after renewing tourist visa, lived in US for 1 year after renewing tourist visa

They have visited US and Canada, dubai, europe of short trips so do we have to attach each and every detail. We don't even remember the addresses?

Hi,

For Form IMM5406 related to additional information, where all the information for brothers and sisters have to be filled up, Is it neccessary to fill up their DOB and addresses and for some of my mother's siblings address or DOB is not known.

i.e Additional Dependents form?

Hi,

How can I obtain Police Certf for my parents . They are in India.
The police authorities in India told my parents that they need a request from the Consulate for the police certificates?
I want to send them the police certficiates to avoid aby further delay?

Any ideas as how to get these certf's?

Hi guys,

I am currently filling out form IMM0008, and have the following questions:

1. My parents are here with me on a visitor visa. Do I need to include the current country of residence as Canada alongwith the status? What about the dates. Their visa is expiring in February, but I have applied for their extension. What should be the 'To' date?

2. As my parents are here, and they don't have any marriage certificate, how to go about it as I need to submit the one with the application.

Please advise.
