Document list #10 indicates that we need to send two self addressed mailing labels.
1) one in English or French
2) one in our official language of country

Any one can suggest how to generate these labels? OR What is alternative?

On labels, I think it should be same address which we have used as mailing address in IMM0008 form. It means applicant's (parent) mailing address. This is what I have plan to do.

It will be good if we get confirmation from other guys here.

What I believe is file will be transferred to Delhi immigration office and they will send paper for police clearence or medical. Those paper will be needed in India while parents are there. So, I have used Parent address as Mailing Address in IMM0008 form.

I would like to have comment from other guys.

Do not put the label containing your canadian address. Today, I talk immigration canada about this and they told me to put labels for indian address.
You can too speak with them if you want but it will take about 30 mins wait time on phone line
