In this country it takes 10 hercules to produce one drop of sweat ! For exactly that reason I realised exertion may not be effective way.

Try Hot yoga...0 Hercules to produce a bucket full of sweat..Just take the spot behind a chickani chameli and enjoy the view...she may be cursing the view but that would give you the challenge. Other than that yeah skipping lunch even once a week hepls. That is what we orthodox people call upvas. Since it is tied to God, it is compulsory you don't want to take panga with God so you are regular there..for you a quick peak in the mirror before stepping into shower would be enough. Eating green chilli keeps you in shape as well. If you are not used to it then dusare din puri tarah se lag jati he..

Oh yeah fogot one more thing..based on number of posts per day from you, they were increased quite a bit in number..resulting in more sitting/idle time. Just stop using canadiandesi and/or any other gadgets..you will be back with six packs (not the beer).
That is what AshedFC, VMs are currently doing.

You kind a painted multiple pictures in same post ! I'll rather try hot yoga after I am well tucked up and in 'godly' shape. Will wait for that day.

If you think in positive direction, More number of post means I helped those many people on this forum and actively participated in problem solving. (I agree I did some mud slinging on few ocasions but that must be context of the issue) !

i went to vacations to orlando and put on extra 20 pounds and now its tough shedding out..try baba ramdevs yoga of only eating green vegetables in lunch and dinner and see the difference.dont forget to do all his yogas and pranayams and kapaal bharatai.

eat fruits at night time like apples,grapefruits and water melon..excellent for losing weight naturally and effectively

An update to this thread....

There is another way to reduce weight without any exercise. Unfortunately it requires some discipline. Join Myfitnesspal which is available online (and has mobile apps). It is sort of an online diary to measure and log what you are eating and give you an idea how much more you can eat per day. You can eat almost anything - the only restriction is quantity. The concept is if you can measure something, you can control it.

It has worked for me .. 10lbs in 5 weeks...no exercise.

From a health and longevity perspective, I liked the Michael Mosley BBC documentary - an eye opener for me. Eat, Fast and Live longer!!! It also shows an Indian Sikh who completed a 50k run at age 101...
