I had a little tummy developed before couple of years & I wanted to control it. But because of my Job, I had to sit on the computer for like 8-9 hours a day & that was not helping. As other many people on the planets I am also lazy to exercise & with small kids at your home, you seldomly find time for yourself !!!!

But since couple of years I have been not gaining anymore weight but am also not loosing any. What I have been following from last 2 years have kept my weight steady without gaining it.

(1) Started to skip the lunch in my office. Have a heavy breakfast before going & then straight dinner in the evening. I take couple of fruits daily to the office & if feeling hungry eat it. It's a good source of energy when required. No need of starving, it doesn't help.

(2) Stopped coffee, instead started drinking GREEN TEA. Excellent source to dehydrate yourself in winter. Easy to make in office or at home... just needs a hot water kettle & tea bag

(3) Move around in the house with kids especially stairs...

Not doing much but is still able to atleast control the thing.

One of my friends lost a considerable amount of weight and now has a flat tummy, by just stop eating 'Rotis' and any kind of 'Breads'. He didn't have to resort to any exercise or a tough regimen per se. He lives off the curry, daal, sabzi, fruits, raw veggies, milk, etc.

However, one downside of this is he would probably gain back the weight when he would go back to his old habits. You need a descipline to lose weight, especially when doing it without any form of work-out. I am against such tactics. Dieting should be the last resort if nothing else works.

Start from slow brisk-walks (lazy form of work-out), increase the frequency of such, then eventually graduate to jogging. One step at a time. Don't force yourself into it.

If nothing else works, then 'Tummy Tuck' is always there ;) - for the most laziest weighy chap out there :).

Good luck!
