I can help you find a professional Architect in the GTA.
Send me a PM stating why you need the services of a prof. architect.

RESP,
Just replied. Check your PM.
You donot need a professional Architect for that. A person with a BCIN number (and there are lots) is enough. Advertise in Kijiji and you will get tons of them. However a word of caution is that they should have prior experience + you need to check their references.
Also check with the city to see if they recommend anyone.
