I guess Canadian employers prefer white people from failed economies who couldn't speak a lick of English even if their lives depended on it. Except Italians, the others mentioned in the list have poor workmanship and work habits. The union culture of Toronto govt is very European in character.

Wow, What a scam.
Actually this advt. is to soften the minds of Desi's and make them venruble to immigrate.
I doubt if there will even be 100 jobs open and available in the whole of Manitoba right now.
The same was the scam by the Canadian govt. in 2002 where they said that 1 million jobs will be there in Canada in 2005. Now more than a million pepople are without jobs in Canada and are desperately trying to find a job. and we have 300,000 temp visa's being issued.
