Hello Jay,

I have one but it is used and there is a signature across its face.

It will cost you a hundred bucks, that is the current sale value of this stamp. (Used)
New ones are available at the Government of India High Commisioner's office. Try them first thing in the morning. Lots of employees there might be the next source.
