Now the polling is done and the exit polls are out. It is showing that the NDA would get min of 272 polls. That's good enough. Others will join in. Two other polls show that NDA to get 280+ seats. Thank god the UPA is on its way out.

The stock market is at a frenzy with the housing, infrastructure, power, Adani group breaking all record. Sensex touched 24000 today.
Hope he gives good governance and stays as the Mahathir Mohd. of Malaysia for 19 + years.

Absolutely, India is entering a phase of massive economic expansion.
This opportunity will probably be a once in a lifetime of growth the world has ever seen.
60yrs of misrule by Congress & last decade of proxy rule where our PM acted like a impotent dummy. Its all coming to an end.
Modi is in a hurry to do all of it in 60months. So next 5yrs it will be India allover

Totally agree with you.
We need a dynamic person who can do changes (right or wrong). just hope that he will be all inclusive and that it shall be an all inclusive growth.
It may benefit the world but not India, if the rich-poor divide grows more and when there is an uneven sharing of wealth.
however if he can bring to an end most of the scams, hope more money will go to the pockets of Indians and that India will progress.
Time can tell.

I don't really trust exit polls - it ain't over till its over.
That said, if BJP does form the govt. with Modi as PM, the task ahead is monumental. It will not be an easy journey. The good news is this man has defied absolutely incredible odds in his life so far to get to where he is, hopefully he continues to do the same for India's progress.

There is another section of the population that made millions in the stocke market, irrespective of if Modi comes to power or not. Sensex rose around 1700 points in the last few days and more than 2000 points in the last fortnight.
Donot know about what you hear about Canada but here (exit polls or not) everyone is calling Mr. Modi as the PM and that Congress has accepted defeat.
