Can I apply for pr with noc code 1431?? I know it doesn't fall under the skill level O,A or B. I have a written offer letter from my employer for the A/P Clerk position.
Is there any other option to file my pr??Please help

Here are the Occupations that are in demand and they expect you to have the best skills in that occupation. The levels are "O","A","B".. AND
Most important of all GOOD Language skills with top standings.
