My friend has applied from India under the point system. Can some one tell me about the procedure for arranged employmnet thing.

If a Canadian Employer is willing you to offer a job while you are abroad, in order to get additional points in order to be qualified for immigration to Canada, it needs to be certified/validated from Human Resources Development Canada (HRDC). This is also known as Arranged job offer.
· The employer can offer you a full-time job offer that has been certified/validated by HRDC).
· The employee must meet any Canadian licensing or regulatory standards required for the job. HRDC will confirm job offers in occupations listed in Skill Type 0, Skill Level A or B of the National Occupation Classification.
