YES , anyone can park there by paying the parking fee in cash , credit card , debit card at the entrance.

Then you just go in and pay your TTC fare either in cash or tokens . Don't forget to take a transfer from the machine as you might need it if you are taking a bus or street car from Union station to Ricoh.

But usually these lots get filled up fast on weekdays by daily TTC commuters going to work ..they tend to drive from Markham , Vaughan , Richmond Hil , Brampton etc etc & park their car over there & then take the subway to work.

Most people who live in 905 areas sometimes drive upto the TTC station park their car over there & then take the subway to work.

On a working day, you'd be lucky if you get a spot at Finch after 8:00 am. Having said that, if you go later in the day after 11:00 am or noon, you may be able to get a spot.

Details about Finch parking:

TTC Finch Subway Station, at Yonge Street and Finch Avenue, has two parking lots.

Finch East - 890 Willowdale Avenue
* Paid parking from 5:00 am to 2:00 am on weekdays. Parking is free on weekends and statutory holidays.
* Daily rate is $5 between 5:00 am and 2:00 am.
* Afternoon/Evening rate is $2 between 3:00 pm and 2:00 am.
* Payment can be made by coin, VISA, MasterCard, or American Express.
* Enter Finch East Lot from the east side of Yonge Street, just north of Bishop Avenue; or from the west side of Willowdale Avenue, just north of Bishop Avenue.
* Capacity is 1,675 spaces.

Finch West - 18 Hendon Avenue
* Paid parking from 5:00 am to 2:00 am on weekdays. Parking is free on weekends and statutory holidays.
* Daily rate is $5 between 5:00 am and 2:00 am.
* Afternoon/Evening rate is $2 between 3:00 pm and 2:00 am.

* Enter Finch West Lot from the west side of Yonge Street, just north of Hendon Road; or from the north side of Hendon Road, just west of Yonge Street.
* Capacity is 1,552 spaces.
